( and we don’t simply raid an-house database of resumes – we approach each and every job individually based on its specific requirements) • Filter and qualify each potential candidate to meet the required profile of the job. • Submit only a few, high qualified individuals for consideration. |

Management Assessment:
Because management positions are more complex in nature, the assessment of candidates for those positions involves more complex measures and interpretations. The intellectual demands on those in management roles are higher level in nature, involve greater foresight, contingency planning and decision-making with greater unknowns than non-management roles. In addition, the interpersonal demands on those in management roles are greater as well. Dr. John Orr provides a full time on-line Management Assessment program for all of our clients. Dr. Orr is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist by training with over 20 years in his field. He holds a PhD from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he resides and is President at Rogala & Orr, Inc. (ROI). |

Most organizations have occasions where a specific event , such as an acquisition or new manufacturing plant temporarily outstrips the organizations ability to handle it. Fenix has the capability and skills within the organization to provide help and support:
